"If you want to try something different, go to Mosaic. The menu is prix fixe and blind, so every course (there are 5) is a surprise, and doesn't disappoint. They accommodate allergies and food you don't like. They only problem is that you must book several weeks ahead for a weekend seating."

"What a special place. The variety, the flavors, the presentation, the service ... wow! Mosaic used to be our go to place for special occasions but now it's just our go to place when we just want to have a great meal.
